3) Freight to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at UPS or Fedex on-line estimated

4) All returned merchandise must have a return authorization (RMA) number.

5) Returned merchandise must be shipped with freight prepaid. Merchandise
returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be
refused.

6) Original destination charges will be deducted from refund amount.
